Reservation Terms and Conditions
The following reservation terms and conditions apply to all reservations at Napoletana & Vino. These terms supplement and, where applicable, deviate from the Uniform Hospitality Conditions (UVH) of Koninklijke Horeca Nederland.
• All reservations are subject to availability.
• If the reservation is not automatically confirmed, we will contact you as soon as possible for confirmation.
• For special requests or dietary requirements, please mention this in the comments field (or via email).
• In case of cancellation within 24 hours before arrival or a no-show, we reserve the right to charge costs in accordance with the UVH.
• Children are welcome; please indicate this when making the reservation. We also offer a children's menu.
• We will hold the table for a maximum of 30 minutes. In case of later arrival, the reservation may be cancelled.
• Prices and composition of menus and arrangements are subject to change.
